The following terms and conditions apply to all Travel organized by HOTT only. Any arrangements which you make while on your Vacation and which are not made through HOTT are ones for which we have no responsibility or liability.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms used:
HOTT : HideOut Travel and Transport
Travel : any combination of international or domestic flights from your point of origin to your final destination, Luzon Tour packages and include all hotels, resorts, accommodations, excursions, tours, transfers, Car/Van and Bus rentals.
Direct Guest : are guest who directly make a booking to HOTT
OTA/TA : are our partners/third party sellers
Supplier : Local Resorts/Hotels/Accommodations and service providers
Joiner Tour : shared tour, a group consisted of different individuals
Exclusive Tour : private tour, a group consisted of either a family, group of friends or corporate.

1. Making a Booking : Applies to Direct/OTA/TA/Partners. When you make a booking with us, you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party. A contract will exist in the form of Invoice and Booking confirmation, upon us accepting any payment from you towards the booking or upon the issue of our confirmation, voucher or itinerary, whichever is the earlier. Entire agreement will apply between yourself and HOTT. When you make a booking with HOTT and we accept it, the total cost of the travel package becomes due and payable immediately, no pencil booking will be allowed. All prices are on a Book and Buy basis, and prices may still vary unless reservation or full payment has been made.
2. Rates / Prices : Prices will remain fixed at the time of booking and will not be affected by any surcharges unless stated by any of the following.

*** Notes : We reserve the right to change our prices at any time before you book, including any special rates that we may offer from time to time, which may not be the same as those published by travel partners.

Receipt of Payment
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive the following,
(1) an HOTT e-Voucher/Booking Confirmation (within 24hrs)
(2) For Luzon Travel (a day prior tour, max at 3PM)
(3) For Domestic Travel (two weeks prior to departure)
**** Notes for Final Balance :
> FOR DIRECT GUEST : Final Balances are only paid via Cash, we do not allow Gcash / Bank transfer prior to departure to avoid the hassle of cashing out.

Changes are not allowed upon confirmation of the booking.
But there are cases where we can allow the changes.

In the event that changes may become necessary , we have the right to make the changes at any time. Most of the changes will be minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible time the change is needed.
Should you not wish to accept the changes, you will be allowed to proceed with the amendment or reschedule.
General Terms to consider :

If your Travel Package includes international or domestic air tickets , HOTT acts as an agent for the airline or flight consolidator then the airline or flight consolidators' cancellation or amendment charges plus any incidental charges shall apply.
6. Accommodations :
Please be aware that HOTT have no control on the day-to-day management of our partner resort/hotel/transient or much known as accommodation. There is a possibility that the reserved accommodation may not be suitable or available upon your arrival due to whatever reason they may have. If such an incident happens, we will aim to provide an exchange for at least the same standard. If an accommodation of a lower standard will be available, then we will refund the difference of the price based on our contract with our partner.
*** Important Notice: We will not be held liable for changes that may arise as a result of events outside our control.
7. Our Liability :
HOTT acts only as an agent for our suppliers which are the transportation, accommodations and as such, we are not liable for any loss, injury, death, accident or damage sustained in the course of availing the indicated services. In the event of any delay or suspension, terms and conditions apply and HOTT is not liable to any action and its consequences. In any case, HOTT will extend necessary assistance to address concerns of guests and to safeguard their welfare, but the supplier will be responsible for the final decision on such requests. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, suspension, accidents and local conditions must be borne by the guest.
Indicated itineraries are estimates only and descriptions provided are for general guidance only and may not be based on the latest available information. Travel routes/ itinerary, departure date, hotel accommodation or other service may be amended due to safety concerns, prevailing conditions or unforeseen circumstances. The right is reserved to substitute accommodation, air carriers of similar category or alternate programs, schedules, in any way necessary in the interest of tour members or due to circumstances over which the operators have no control, like weather and local conditions. Direct and indirect consequences of Acts of God or any circumstance/ emergency beyond the control of HOTT and supplier such as failure to perform, delay, liability or damage shall be excused and shall not render them responsible for the same. In any case, any liability of HOTT that can arise from its services shall be limited to the fees it received for the same, exclusive of tax.
8. Termination : We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate your scheduled travel without notice should your behavior be such that it is likely in our opinion, to cause distress, damage, annoyance or danger to any other person. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be due to you.
9. Unused Services : any unused services for whatever reasons are valid or not are non refundable nor transferable.
10. Dispute Resolutions: We promise to do our VERY BEST to ensure that your travel arrangements go according to plan. However, if you have a complaint arising out of what we have agreed to provide for you, please let us know at the earliest possible opportunity. If necessary, please send us a message at our emergency Viber hotline at +63-998-858-1013, from wherever you may be. If a problem arises during your trip, please contact us immediately, so we can help you. Please take note for cases like this we highly recommend for you to send us a message instead of a call, so we can properly document everything.

*** Important Note: that if you do not follow our complaint procedure, we CAN NOT accept responsibility for your complaint, as we would have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate the matter on your behalf, so to help you to resolve the problem.
11. Lost Damaged Items : HOTT will never be liable for any lost or damaged items while on our services. Guest/Clients are liable to their personal belongings.
12. Applicable Law : Any contract or dispute between us and these Reservations conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippines law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Binan Laguna, Philippines.
13. Effective Date : June 1, 2023
